Steven E. Anderson
Steve Anderson has been a trial lawyer since 1988. He has significant experience in various types of litigation, including commercial, product liability, civil rights claims, and medical malpractice. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Anderson's practice focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as a variety of commercial litigation.
He has tried over 50 jury trials and appeared numerous times before state and federal trial and appellate courts throughout Tennessee. Mr. Anderson was named as the Best Lawyers’ 2013 Lawyer of the Year in Nashville Medical Malpractice Law. He has also consistently been named in the last decade by Tennessee Business as one of the state’s best 150 lawyers and as one of Nashville’s Top 100 lawyers by The Nashville Post. In 2009, he was inducted as a fellow into The American College of Trial Lawyers, a selective and prestigious national organization.
