Steven E. Anderson
Steve Anderson has been a trial lawyer since 1988. He has significant experience in various types of litigation, including commercial, product liability, civil rights claims, and medical malpractice. He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants. Mr. Anderson's practice focuses on serious personal injury and wrongful death cases, as well as a variety of commercial litigation.
He has tried over fifty jury trials and appeared numerous times before the Tennessee Court of Appeals, the Tennessee Supreme Court, and the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. In 2009, he was inducted as a fellow into the American College of Trial Lawyers, a selective and prestigious national organization. In the past decade, Mr. Anderson has consistently been named by Tennessee Business as one of the state's best 150 lawyers and, likewise, named as one of Nashville's Top 100 lawyers in the Nashville Post. He is also a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel.
