Sean Wlodarczyk joined Anderson & Reynolds after serving as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Thomas W. Brothers in Nashville. His practice is focused on litigation and includes assisting clients with medical malpractice claims and commercial disputes. Having worked on dozens of trials from inside judicial chambers, Mr. Wlodarczyk has a sophisticated knowledge of how judges and juries respond to lawyers, clients, and the facts of individual cases.

Mr. Wlodarczyk is licensed to practice law in Tennessee, and he is a member of the Harry Phillips American Inn of Court, the Tennessee Bar Association, and the Young Lawyers Division of the Nashville Bar Association.

Mr. Wlodarczyk was born on the Oregon coast. He graduated from the University of Portland in 2003 with a B.S. degree, and taught English and History for several years before attending Vanderbilt University Law School. At Vanderbilt, he was part of the Branstetter Litigation and Dispute Resolution Program and focused his studies on complex litigation. While in law school he was named to the Dean’s List for academic excellence and served as an Articles Editor for the Vanderbilt Journal of Entertainment and Technology Law.
